PTU Inter College Basketball (Girls) Championship

CGC, Landran won gold medal in the PTU Inter College Basketball (Girls) Championship, held at Rayat Institute of Engineering & Information Technology in final the CGC girl’s team defeated Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engineering & Bio-Technology, Sahaura. Earlier rounds they defeated Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, SUS Tangori & MIMIT Malout.

              PTU Inter College Chess Championship

Students of CGC Landran again bring glory to institute by winning gold in PTU Inter College Chess Tournament CGC Landran Men’s team stood first. They won the matches against DAVIET Jalandhar, CTIEMT Shahpur, Doaba College Kharar, GNDEC Ludhiana, LCET Katani Kala. While the girls team won accolades by defeating RAYAT Hoshiarpur, GNDEC Ludhiana, DAVIET Jalandhar, MIMIT Malout, BGIET Sangrur.

The students of COE-CSE department also participated in PTU Inter College  Chess Championship  and won  gold and bronze medal.
